bilge1Pat, these are great photos of the Bad River, and I wonder if you might consider sponsoring a cruise next season for the SDCA. We feel the need for a greater variety of cruises throughout the state, and the Bad River seems like a good place to explore. There will be the annual conference held in Sioux Falls in January, and this might be a good time to consider a wider range of cruises. If you are planning on coming to the conference this year, perhaps you would be interested in making a slide/powerpoint presentation of canoeing/kayaking opportunities on waterways in your area. If so, just let me know, and I will get in touch with the conference planners.
Also, I would welcome a guest narrative with photos on my South Dakota kayak blog. If you would like to craft a piece and send me a few photos to illustrate it, I will be happy to post it.
